Kimra Holcomb, President of Wilkinson Asset Management, LLC, is a proven team leader with extraordinary leadership skills. Her responsibilities include providing operational expertise for all aspects of property management functions, asset management excellence, and the continual expansion of our third-party fee management business. A certified real estate manager, Kimra has over 30 years of operational experience in multifamily real estate including conventional, affordable, student and university housing, and commercial office/retail across the country. Kimra's demonstrated leadership gifts, attention to detail, and long history of management experience make her the ideal person to lead the WAM Team. Her personal inner commitment and spirited drive paves a solid foundation for the Property Management Team.

Executive Vice President

Kevin Groomes, CPA, Vice President for Wilkinson Asset Management, LLC, plays a key role in developing and managing individual site business plans (including alignment of investment objectives), insurance and risk management oversight, asset quality, and financial goals and objectives. A certified public accountant, Kevin has over 20 years of experience in real estate and construction finance. Prior positions over the last 10 years include: served as Chief Financial Officer for Wilkinson Corporation (an affiliate of Wilkinson Asset Management, LLC), Vice President of Finance for Wilkinson Asset Management, LLC and served as Chief Financial Officer for T&R Properties, Inc. (Dublin, Ohio based company). While working for this Dublin, Ohio developer, builder, and property management company, he oversaw all financial systems, reporting, information systems, and financial debt, as well as contract negotiations. Kevin attended John Carroll University in University Heights, Ohio from 1989 to 1990 and transferred to Capital University in Bexley, Ohio, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, graduating magna cum laude in 1993. Kevin resides in Dublin, Ohio, with his family.

Vice President of Operations - Southeast

Diane currently oversees the operation of all properties in the Southeast region. Prior to joining WAM she served as Regional Vice President with Tempo Properties in Atlanta, GA. She has also worked with national companies such as Equity Residential, Trammel Crow, Related Management, Insignia Management Group, Pinnacle AMS, CLK Multifamily Management, and Wesley Apartment Homes in Atlanta where she oversaw the operation of 12 communities and development lease-ups of 4500 units that were under development and construction. She attended Dyersburg State University and holds a Georgia Real Estate License. She is currently a CPM candidate and holds numerous IREM accreditations.

Krista has over 20 years of property management experience, beginning with her first role as a Leasing Agent in 1996. Krista worked in progressive leadership roles for three major property management companies and refined her expertise in Student, Conventional, and Affordable Housing over the past two decades. Krista has been recognized for her hard work and personal commitment to her residents and employees in various roles and she holds an ARM certification from IREM. Krista received her Bachelor of Science in Social Work and Psychology at Ball State University in 1994. Krista lives in Lafayette, IN, where she enjoys attending Purdue sporting events with her family and friends.
